Procurement Project Manager PPM

You will lead procurement and supply-chain activities for major projects. You will maintain procurement plans, oversee gate reviews, coordinate buyers and expediters, support critical supplier negotiations, manage budgets and delivery objectives, and report on progress, risks, opportunities, claims, and early warnings.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with supply-chain processes and project procedures
• Prepare and maintain the procurement plan
• Oversee gate reviews and order risk-reduction actions
• Coordinate buyers and project supplier managers
• Lead critical supplier negotiations
• Develop and manage project budgets
• Ensure quality, cost, and delivery objectives are met
• Guide contractual and operational follow-up
• Report progress, indicators, recommendations, and claims
• Analyze risks and opportunities and implement mitigation measures

Requirements

• Master's degree in procurement or general engineering
• Confirmed experience managing complex projects in an industrial environment
• Experience leading cross-functional teams
• Understanding of technical issues and matrix organizations
• Proficiency in SAP, data management, and Excel
• Fluent English
• 10 years or more of experience
