Description

About Labhouse

Labhouse is a fast-growing startup that builds, launches, and scales its own AI & Productivity Apps under a subscription-based business model. We are based in Barcelona and were founded by Andrés Bou and Horacio Martos (Co-Founders of SocialPoint).

We operate at the intersection of mobile technology, AI, and product-driven growth, with a strong focus on experimentation and performance. Want to help build mobile apps used by millions of people worldwide? We're now looking for our first Product Data Analyst to turn data into the decisions behind our next releases.

About the Role

As our first Product Analyst, you will be the data partner of our product team, helping us decide what to build, what to fix, and what to stop. You will dig into user behavior and experiments across our app portfolio, turn the findings into clear recommendations, and make sure every product decision is backed by evidence.

This role suits someone curious, autonomous, and hands-on: you define the KPIs, build the dashboards, run the analyses, and follow your insights through to what ships.

You'll be responsible for

  • Defining, tracking, and owning the metrics that matter across our apps: activation, retention, monetization, and LTV

  • Building and maintaining dashboards and reports that product, marketing, and leadership actually use

  • Analyzing the performance of onboarding flows, paywalls, and pricing, and measuring the impact of product changes

  • Analyzing user behavior and funnels to spot drop-offs, opportunities, and root causes

  • Translating raw data into clear hypotheses and prioritized recommendations for the product roadmap

  • Supporting the launch of new apps with early-signal analysis and validation

  • Collaborating with product, engineering, design, and marketing to ship fast and iterate faster

  • Using AI tools to speed up analysis, research, and reporting

About You

Academic background

  • Degree in a quantitative or technical field: Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Economics, or similar

What we're looking for

  • 1–3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Product Analyst, ideally in a consumer app or subscription business.

  • Strong SQL and a solid grounding in statistics and experimentation.

  • Fluency with product metrics such as retention, conversion, ARPU, LTV, and CAC.

  • Experience with analytics and BI tools (for example Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker, or Tableau).

  • A product mindset: you don't just report the numbers, you ask why and suggest what to do next.

  • High ownership, curiosity, and a bias for action.

  • Comfort working with founders and product teams in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong use of AI tools to speed up your workflow.

  • An eye for good UI/UX and well-crafted product experiences.

Communication

  • Clear, structured communicator who can turn complex data into simple stories and recommendations.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in mobile apps, subscription products, or growth teams.

  • Experience supporting 0-to-1 product launches.

  • Experience working closely with founders or in startup environments.

What We Offer

  • The chance to work close to serial entrepreneurs who have built and exited at the highest level.

  • Real ownership and visibility: your analysis directly shapes products used by millions.

  • A growth path toward senior analytics or product roles.

  • An attractive compensation package, above market average.

  • Hybrid work model from our Barcelona office.

  • A fast-moving, AI-native environment where shipping beats talking.

Hiring Process

  1. TA Interview: an initial conversation to get to know each other and understand your background.

  2. Technical Case: a practical exercise to assess your analytical and product thinking.

  3. Product Team Interview: a deep dive into your experience, how you approach data, and fit with the team.

  4. Final Interview: a last conversation to align on expectations, culture, and role fit.
