About the role
As Product Manager within the Cyber Analytics Data Function, you will define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and delivery of cyber analytics and data capabilities. You will work closely with cyber security, data, technology, and business stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into practical, scalable solutions that deliver measurable value.
This is a role for someone who combines strong product thinking with a deep appreciation of data, cyber risk, and operational excellence. You will help ensure analytics products are aligned to business needs, support informed decision-making, and contribute to a broader commitment to secure, responsible, and sustainable growth.
The Product Manager will lead the definition, prioritisation and delivery of data and analytics products within the Cyber Analytics Data function. Working in an Agile environment, the role will translate cybersecurity and stakeholder needs into a clear product vision, roadmap and backlog, while enabling engineering and analytics teams to deliver scalable, secure and valuable solutions using Azure Databricks and related data technologies.
Key responsibilities
- Engage cybersecurity, data, technology and business stakeholders to identify needs, define outcomes and validate priorities.
- Create, maintain and prioritise the product backlog, including clear epics, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Partner with data engineers, analysts, architects and cybersecurity specialists to deliver solutions using Azure Databricks and the wider data platform.
- Lead Agile ceremonies and support effective sprint planning, refinement, reviews and retrospectives.
- Balance user value, risk reduction, technical feasibility, regulatory obligations and delivery constraints when making product decisions.
- Define product outcomes and performance measures, using data and user feedback to guide continuous improvement.
- Ensure products meet relevant requirements for security, privacy, data quality, resilience and governance.
- Manage dependencies, risks and issues, providing clear updates and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Support product adoption through stakeholder engagement, communications, training and well-defined operating processes.
What we are looking for
- Proven product management experience delivering data, analytics or technology products from discovery through to adoption and continuous improvement.
- Strong understanding of Azure Databricks, including its role in modern data engineering, analytics and machine learning architectures.
- Practical experience of data analytics concepts, data pipelines, data quality, reporting and analytical use cases.
What we offer
- The opportunity to work on high-impact initiatives that support the protection and resilience of a global organisation.
- A collaborative environment where your ideas and expertise can make a meaningful difference.
- Exposure to a broad range of stakeholders and the chance to shape innovative data-led cyber capabilities.
- A culture that values integrity, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
