Job Summary (Product Owner Data Transformation, Lloyds Banking Group)

- Lead the transformation of data management for Europe's largest mortgage lender by implementing modern, cloud-based data strategies and technologies.

- Maximize value by prioritizing initiatives that deliver the best outcomes for customers, colleagues, and the organization.

- Collaborate closely with business teams to shape and deliver key strategic priorities through modern data technology.

- Set and communicate a compelling vision, inspiring and guiding teams with clear leadership.

- Drive delivery of data technology changes across both software and infrastructure, aiming for better, faster, and more cost-effective solutions.

- Influence and align stakeholders across the organization, balancing complex customer needs and commercial priorities.

- Educate technical and non-technical stakeholders on modern data strategies, data quality, and governance.

- Foster a collaborative, agile, and innovative working culture.

- (Preferred) Bring experience in scaled Agile environments, building agile teams, and working within the financial/mortgage sector.
