Program Manager Founders in Residence

You will manage the Founders in Residence program from end to end. You will recruit and evaluate experienced entrepreneurs, build relationships with researchers and executives, manage the selection process through partnership signing, track performance metrics, and improve talent sourcing and qualification.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and evaluate experienced entrepreneurs and operators for the FIR bench
• Build relationships with researchers and professors in the research community
• Manage the FIR selection committee process from initial conversation to signed match
• Engage credibly with CEOs of venture-backed companies
• Track FIR signings, matches, and conversion rates and address performance issues
• Redesign talent sourcing and qualification and launch new program tracks
