This type of work—work that changes the world—is what the tech industry was founded on. So, if you're ready to seize the endless opportunities and leave your mark, come join us.

THE ROLE

Work within the Global Sales Organization (GSO) Program Management Office to lead complex, cross-functional programs that advance strategic Sales and Go-to-Market priorities.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead cross-functional Sales and GTM programs end-to-end, translating strategic business priorities into clear scope, outcomes, workstreams, milestones, dependencies, resource requirements, and measurable success criteria.
  • Manage one or more programs and their interconnected workstreams, independently driving execution from initial strategy and planning through implementation, adoption, and value realization.
  • Bring a strong understanding of Sales and GTM organizations, processes, and operating models, partnering across Sales Leadership, Sales/Revenue Operations, Enablement, Marketing, Channel/Partners, Product, Finance, IT, and other functions to drive business outcomes.
  • Establish and drive business-centric program governance and operating rhythms, including integrated program plans, decision forums, milestones, dependencies, RAID management, resource planning, change control, and clear accountability across workstreams.
  • Navigate ambiguous business problems, assessing issues, identifying options and tradeoffs, and developing recommendations that enable sponsors and business leaders to make informed decisions.
  • Partner with business leaders to translate strategic objectives into measurable outcomes, KPIs, adoption measures, business cases, and ROI, ensuring programs remain focused on delivering business value rather than activity alone.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the seller and field experience, identifying cross-functional process, technology, organizational, and adoption dependencies that may impact execution of GTM initiatives.
  • Serve as the connective tissue across business and technology teams, translating business requirements into executable plans and ensuring technical solutions remain aligned to Sales/GTM objectives and intended business outcomes.
  • Proactively identify and manage cross-project risks, dependencies, resource constraints, and competing priorities; drive teams toward resolution and escalate decisions to sponsors and leadership when necessary.
  • Drive clarity and accountability across complex stakeholder groups, ensuring business owners, workstream leads, and cross-functional partners understand their responsibilities, commitments, decisions, and required outcomes.
  • Build trusted relationships with program sponsors, business owners, and senior stakeholders, effectively communicating program health, key decisions, risks, and recommendations in a concise and executive-ready manner.
  • Influence across organizational boundaries and drive decisions without direct authority, holding stakeholders accountable to agreed commitments and decisions.
  • Identify downstream impacts of program decisions across Sales, GTM, technology, and operations, ensuring dependencies and organizational implications are identified early.
  • Lead program governance forums and Executive Steering Committee reporting, including developing decision-oriented materials and ensuring leadership forums result in clear decisions, ownership, and follow-through.
  • Coordinate program resource needs in partnership with business owners and Finance, including identifying capacity needs, managing priorities, and supporting business cases and investment decisions.
  • Drive program readiness and adoption planning in partnership with business and Change/Enablement teams to ensure new processes, capabilities, and tools translate into meaningful field adoption.
  • Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives, lessons learned, and program health assessments, incorporating insights into future programs and PMO standards.
  • Collaborate with and support Project Managers and workstream leads, sharing program management best practices to strengthen execution.
  • Contribute to the PMO Center of Excellence alongside PMO leadership and peers, applying and helping refine enterprise program management standards, frameworks, governance, processes, and best practices.

What You Bring

  • 8+ years of progressive program management experience leading medium-to-high complexity, cross-functional programs in large organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting Sales, GTM, Revenue/Sales Operations, or related commercial organizations, with a strong understanding of sales processes, motions, and field execution.
  • Proven ability to independently translate strategic priorities into structured, executable programs with clear scope, governance, ownership, milestones, dependencies, and measurable outcomes.
  • Solid business and financial acumen, with the ability to connect program execution to business value, investment requirements, ROI, productivity, adoption, and revenue outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and communicate with senior stakeholders and program sponsors, navigate competing priorities, and drive cross-functional decisions without direct authority.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations, decisions, and executive-ready materials.
  • Ability to operate effectively across business and technology teams, understanding technical dependencies and translating them into business implications and actionable plans.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, highly cross-functional environment with significant ambiguity, balancing strategic thinking with strong execution discipline.
  • AI-curious and forward-thinking, with a working knowledge of emerging AI capabilities and a strong interest in how AI can transform Sales, GTM, and program management.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI and automation to improve PMO productivity and effectiveness, including planning, analysis, reporting, risk identification, knowledge management, and other program workflows.
  • Experience applying program/project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, hybrid; Smartsheet, Asana, Jira or equivalent), with the judgment to apply the right approach to the work.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, facilitation, and problem-solving skills, with a bias toward proactively bringing recommendations and solutions.
  • Interest in contributing to broader PMO standards, best practices, and capability development.
  • Project/Program Management certification (PMP or equivalent) preferred; Lean Six Sigma or process improvement experience a plus.
