Program Manager Scientific Entrepreneurship

You will support program operations, coordinate cohorts and speakers, produce Demo Day, build LLM-enabled workflows, create marketing content, and support candidate sourcing and recruitment campaigns for scientific entrepreneurship programs.

Responsibilities

• Support cohort logistics, guest-speaker coordination, evaluations, and Demo Day production
• Design and build LLM-enabled workflows and tools for programs
• Write website copy, LinkedIn campaigns, email outreach, and event materials
• Support candidate sourcing and outbound recruitment campaigns
• Support evolving program and startup portfolio needs

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience, including startup experience
• Experience using LLMs for prompting, tool chaining, and light automation
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Interest in deep tech, science, and researcher-to-founder journeys
