Description
The Program Operations Specialist will: Support the development and implementation of programs, activities, and processes for the Program Department for year-round programming including creating and maintaining program/event registrations to ensure positive program/event experience.
Develop resources and operational systems (SOPs) that support the program team to increase efficiency in work, develop resources for our members to make registration and attendance of programs accessible.
