This full-time opportunity offers $90,000-$110,000 per year plus a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your career and your life outside of work.

THE EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A PROJECT ARCHITECT

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture
  • 5+ years of professional experience in architecture, with a focus on multifamily and mixed‑use projects
  • Demonstrated experience leading projects and coordinating consultants
  • Strong working knowledge of building codes and construction documentation
  • Experience with podium‑style buildings
  • Proficiency in: Revit (required in all project phases), AutoCAD, BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop), Bluebeam, SketchUp, and Enscape
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and exercise sound professional judgment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience across all project phases, including construction administration
  • A strong understanding of wood and concrete construction systems
  • Demonstrated leadership and mentoring ability
  • Interest in long‑term leadership growth within an architecture and urban design firm
  • Appreciation for collaborative, principle‑based design culture

As our Project Architect, you will lead multifamily and mixed-use developments through every phase of design and construction while working closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams. You will guide design decisions, coordinate technical documentation, oversee BIM workflows, and help ensure projects remain aligned with design intent and quality standards. You'll mentor junior team members, manage consultant coordination, navigate project challenges, review drawings and specifications, support construction administration efforts, and help deliver successful projects that balance creativity, technical excellence, schedule requirements, and client expectations.
