Job Title: Project Manager (Agile Delivery & Client Management)

Job Description:
12+ years of experience
Lead agile delivery end to end: sprint planning, backlog grooming, standups, retrospectives, and release planning across a cross-functional AI, data, QA, and DevOps team.
Own client communication and reporting: status reports, milestone tracking, demos, and executive dashboards with clear progress, KPIs, and decisions needed.
Maintain RAID logs (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies), driving proactive mitigation and escalation, including AI-specific risks like model drift, vendor changes, and compliance.
Manage budget and forecasting, including cloud and LLM token spend, tracking actuals against plan and flagging variances early.
Handle resource and capacity planning, onboarding, vendor coordination, and change control to keep scope, timeline, and quality aligned.
