Who We’re Looking For

You’re a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic, cross-functional environment. You bring a balance of strategic thinking and executional excellence, with the ability to manage complex projects from start to finish while also diving deep into business needs. You're equally comfortable developing project plans and gathering stakeholder requirements, and you know how to translate ambiguity into clear, actionable deliverables. If you’re proactive, adaptable, and driven to make an impact through both leadership and collaboration—this role is for you.

About the Role

We are seeking a Project Manager who will also perform select Business Analyst duties, including requirements gathering, business process definition, and stakeholder analysis. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope, while also supporting the business analysis process to ensure project objectives are clearly defined and met.

What You’ll Do

Primary Responsibilities: Project Management

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks, issues, and changes to scope.
  • Track project delivery against timelines, budgets, scope, and quality expectations, escalating risks and issues as appropriate.
  • Facilitate regular status meetings, provide project updates, and prepare reports for leadership.
  • Manage project documentation and ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards.

Supporting Responsibilities: Business Analysis & Requirements Support

  • Support and, as appropriate, facilitate requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
  • Partner with business and technical teams to clarify requirements and support alignment between business needs and proposed solutions.
  • Facilitate requirements workshops, interviews, and stakeholder discussions as needed.
  • Support project scoping activities and assist in documenting business cases and project objectives.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate solutions against requirements.
  • Assist in maintaining requirements documentation and traceability throughout the project lifecycle.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, engineering, information systems, project management, or a related field required.
  • 3–5 years of experience in project management with exposure to business analyst, requirements gathering, or stakeholder engagement activities required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience working in both waterfall and agile project environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and develop solutions within defined boundaries.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to interact across departments and with external vendors and clients.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-starter with the autonomy to manage large projects or processes with limited oversight.
  • Team player with strong customer service focus and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • CAPM or equivalent and/or Scrum Master certification preferred (within 90 days of hire).

What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary: $71,000 - $97,700/YR, plus strong bonus potential.
  • 401(k) plan with employer match.
  • Paid parking and transportation benefits.
  • Comprehensive health and wellness benefits, including:
    • Health savings accounts (HSA)
    • Flexible spending accounts (FSA)
    • Medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Generous paid time off and bank holidays.
  • Access to training and professional development programs.
  • Sponsorship and support for obtaining professional certifications.
  • A culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and shared success.
