This role is the connective thread between teams, turning big ideas into clear plans, keeping work on track, and bringing clarity when the path forward isn't obvious.
As a trusted partner to leaders across the business, the Project Manager will build structure where little exists, align stakeholders who don't report to them, and communicate progress and risks with candor. The ideal candidate is energized by ambiguity, comfortable recommending a path forward without having every answer, and motivated by helping a growing company scale well.
Candidates must reside in the Atlanta area to be considered for this role.

Stakeholder Alignment & Communication: Facilitate kickoffs, working sessions, and decision meetings. Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and decisions to project teams and leadership, and drive accountability without direct authority.
Risk & Issue Management: Identify roadblocks and dependencies early, develop mitigation plans, and escalate with clear recommendations when needed. Manage tradeoffs across timelines, resources, and priorities.
Process, Tools & Change Management: Build and refine project management standards, templates, and tools that scale with good2grow's growth. Capture lessons learned and share best practices across teams. Lead change management for new processes, tools, and initiatives by communicating what is changing and why, training affected teams, gathering feedback, and reinforcing adoption so changes stick.
