Job Description
Are you an experienced IT Project Manager? Do you have at least one successful end-to-end implementation of Local Authority software under your belt? Let Informed Recruitment help you to achieve your potential with an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to replace a legacy application portfolio with a new integrated system. As a specialist provider of resources to the public sector market, we are seeking a pragmatic, social and driven Project Manager to help manage the project that will transform their services and improve their data.
The purpose of the role is to work closely with both non-technical and technical members of the team to ensure the production of project deliverables by managing project scoping, project planning and resource planning, as well as risk, issue, stakeholder & budget management. Day-to-day responsibilities will include the creation of project plans, monitoring project progress/timelines, adjusting schedules whilst managing stakeholder expectations, resolving issues, taking responsibility for technical design documentation, facilitating requirement gathering, managing user acceptance testing, taking review sessions, and negotiating deliverables.

Requirements
- A successful commercial track record in Project Management, leading project teams and implementing projects and IT solutions on time, to budget and with quality.
- Experience implementing at least one local authority application (Such as Revenues & Benefits, Citizen Access, Social Care, Education, Social Housing, Finance, CRM, or similar)
- Experience leading data improvement programmes
- Project Management certification such as PRINCE2 or PMP
