The role

We are looking for a Project Manager to keep our work organized and moving, and to make sure that projects ship on time.

What you will do

• Plan and track tasks, priorities, and deadlines
• Run short planning and check-in calls with the team and contractors
• Coordinate content, product, and hiring work
• Collect feedback and route it to the right person
• Write short weekly updates on progress and blockers

What we are looking for

• Experience in project, operations, or program management (startups preferred)
• Very organized, with strong follow-up
• Clear written and spoken English
• Comfortable with tools like Linear, Notion, and Google Workspace

Hiring process

1. Screening call (5–10 minutes)
2. Short assignment (usually takes 2–3 hours)
3. Final round with the founder
