Qualifications

(as evidenced by an attached resume): Bachelor's degree (foreign equivalent or higher).

Five (5) years of progressively responsible, directly related full-time experience in construction management, budgeting, project development, and/or a related field.

Three (3) years of direct supervisory experience in minor rehabilitation and new construction, including project cost and schedule oversight.

Knowledge of Building and Fire Codes.
