Project Manager/Senior Project Manager - Phoenix Metro Area

Overall Activities:

We currently have an opening for a Project Manager/Sr. Project Manager in the Phoenix Metro Area. The role level will be based on skills and experience. Working directly with our clients and our project teams, you will manage both small and large industrial control system projects from concept to completion, with a focus on technical quality, client satisfaction, schedule, and budget. In this role, you will manage multiple projects for food & beverage, semiconductor, and industrial facilities in the region. This position also entails working with procurement to coordinate the purchase of instrumentation, valves, and equipment, coordination with our in-house panel shop, and the management of multiple subcontractors. This role offers the opportunity to help establish and grow our Arizona office, taking on broader leadership responsibilities over time and working closely with our sales and business development team.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience working with (or relating to) instrumentation and controls
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good self-management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management
• Able to prepare cost estimates, proposals, and schedules for projects
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Ability to travel and work on multiple projects throughout the region
• Ability to build client relationships, identify opportunities, and support business development
• Interest in developing into a broader leadership role as the Arizona office grows
