Project Manager Social Housing (Warm Homes)

At Phoenix Community Housing we are looking for a Project Manager, someone who has a good understanding of building safety principles in a social housing environment.

You could be the individual who can assist in achieving our Energy Performance Certificate Level C for all of Phoenix's homes by 2030.

This role will suit you if you are adept at working with internal and external partners to ensure that contracts are delivered on time, within budget and to the expected standard.
