About the role
Working in a team, you will provide support to a diverse range of people (18).
All are from various backgrounds, currently experiencing trauma and having complex needs.
These can range from alcohol or substance misuse, mental health, anti-social behaviour.
Through using a Psychologically Informed Environment (PIE) framework & working with external agencies you will create person-cantered support plans that will support the individuals to achieve their goals and aspirations.
