Description
Duties Receives and investigates complaints of nuisances and alleged violations, and enforces Property Standards ordinance.
Conducts sweeps or systematic, organized, and scheduled inspection surveys of designated areas to identify and seek corrective actions concerning Property Standards violations.
Cites property owners, their authorized agents, and/or other legally responsible parties for codes violations, performs re-inspections and actively seeks codes compliance and corrective actions.
