We are recruiting a Purchase Ledger Clerk to work on a part time basis for a successful business based in Halesowen.
The main duties: Processing supplier invoices via CRM Entering purchase orders and receiving orders on to the system.
Distribution of supplier invoices for authorisation to various departments.
Ensuring all supplier invoices are filed accurately and timely.
Reconciliation of supplier statements.
Other ad hoc tasks and support to other accounts office activities.
