Salary: £40,000 - 70,000 per year

Requirements

  • Advanced Python and backend software engineering experience
  • Advanced problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Interest in learning and adopting new technologies
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Some experience with Rust, TypeScript, and/or C++
  • Strong knowledge of software engineering best practices
  • Degree in a STEM discipline

Responsibilities

  • Develop a new greenfield product to combat AI-based security attacks
  • Work on projects ranging from rapid prototyping of new ideas to structured development of existing platforms
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation
  • Use backend Python, Rust, and emerging technologies, selecting the right tools for each task
  • Solve problems and iterate in a rapid development environment

We are an advanced cybersecurity technology business using AI to help protect clients around the globe from advanced cyber threats. Youll join our R&D team as a Python Software Engineer, working with a friendly, supportive, talented, and diverse team. The role is based in London, with two days a week in our office, where we offer free lunches and team problem-solving sessions.
