• Basic understanding of open-source software licenses (e.g., Apache-2.0, MIT, GPL) and their practical implications in software delivery.

• Familiarity with modern Python tooling (uv, Ruff, Rye) and Git workflows.

• Familiarity with Go and Java.

• Familiarity with identity protocols and standards: SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect.

• Proficiency with AI-assisted engineering tools such as Claude Code and Codex.

• Familiarity with OpenTelemetry and OpenAPI.

• Visible technical engagement (blogging, GitHub portfolio, open-source contributions).
