A growing AI/fintech startup is seeking a strong Python Software Engineer to join a growing engineering team building AI-driven financial technology products. The Role

As a Python Software Engineer, you will play a key role in building and scaling backend systems that power the company’s fintech platform, working closely with product, data, and AI teams.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining Python-based backend systems, APIs, and services
• Ensuring auto-generated and AI-assisted code is production-ready, secure, and maintainable
• Embedding and operationalising AI-driven capabilities, including LLM-powered features, monitoring, and evaluation
• Collaborating across cross-functional teams while promoting best practices in modern, AI-assisted software engineering
