Responsibilities:

- Complex Menu & Product Matrix: Validate complex pizza builder configurations (e.g., Epic Stuffed Crust, half-and-half toppings, extra sauce, dipping sauce default pairings) and their translation from the register to KDS prep screens.

- In-Store Payments: Validate EMV chip, contactless NFC, and gift card transactions across terminal networks (e.g., Verifone/Ingenico), including store offline mode card queuing and daily till reconciliation.
- Franchise Enterprise Sync: Test end-of-day (EOD) reporting syncs, store inventory updates, and enterprise menu management pushes across thousands of corporate and franchise locations.
- 3–5+ years of QA experience centered on QSR Store Systems, POS (PAR Brink, Aloha, Toast), and Payment Terminals.
- Solid understanding of PCI-DSS compliance, EMV transaction processing, and store-level offline caching.
