QA Specialist

Veritas HHS seeks a QA Specialist for the 20th Judicial District Child Support Services of Tennessee located in Nashville, TN.

Job type: Full-time/In-person

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm

About the Position:

The Quality Assurance Specialist reviews petitions drafted by Case Managers. Petitions include but are not limited to; Establish Parentage, Set Support, Modify Support and/or Civil Contempt.

Primary Responsibilities

• Analyze case information to ensure next steps are aligned with State policies and procedures.
• Review petitions within established due dates.
• Complete reports accurately and within established due dates.
• Track own performance through special reports.
• Other duties as assigned
