Minimum of 8 years of Quality Assurance or software testing experience, preferably in healthcare, PBM or pharmacy claims environments. Hands-on experience testing pharmacy claims, claim adjudication, eligibility, benefits, pricing, accumulators, reject codes, and claim response messaging.
