Quality Control Officer

Position: Quality Control Officer

Salary: €36,605 per year

Working Hours: 39 hours per week

Business: Large holding company operating franchised restaurants.

Main Responsibilities:

• Inspect and verify the quality and condition of goods received from suppliers.
• Check products against purchase specifications and company quality standards.
• Monitor food products, packaging, expiry dates and storage conditions.
• Identify and report damaged, incorrect or non-compliant goods.
• Maintain quality-control records and documentation.
• Work closely with Procurement regarding supplier quality and delivery issues.
• Monitor quality standards within the warehouse and restaurant operations.
• Assist with supplier performance and quality reviews.
• Ensure appropriate food safety, hygiene and quality procedures are followed.
