Reports to: Quality Manager Summary: The QC Lab Technician is responsible for performing incoming inspection of raw materials and components, batch testing, and maintaining records and equipment necessary to ensure products meet established specifications.
This role works with suppliers to resolve nonconforming material issues, assists in root cause investigation for customer complaints, and supports implementation of Malco’s Quality Management System.
