Quality Manager / Lead Inspector Location: Poole, Dorset Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 (DOE) Type: Permanent, Full-time A well-established precision engineering business is looking for an experienced Quality Manager / Lead Inspector to take ownership of its quality function, supporting customers across the Aerospace, Defence and Nuclear sectors.

This is a hands-on leadership role, managing the Quality function while remaining involved in inspection, metrology and continuous improvement.
