Quality Shift Leader

Purpose of Role:  The Quality Technician Shift Leader is responsible for supporting the Quality Management Team to ensure that the site food safety, legality and quality policies and procedures are implemented and adhered to.

Key Areas:  Training:  Develop teams to ensure QC are competent in all relevant tasks.

Providing direct links to training department to ensure training records are maintained and kept up to date.
