R&D Manager 3D Process Integration (3DPI)

What you will do

Manage the 3D process integration group, in the Pathfinding Integration Department (PAINT).

As an experienced process integrator, you provide technical guidance to the team on projects related to 3D integration, including D2W/W2W/hybrid bonding, BSPDN, RDL and interposers.

Assign team members to tasks requested by project and program managers after evaluating scope and complexity and by considering available competencies.
