Re-Engagement Specialist

Summary: The Re-engagement Specialist is responsible for conducting in-person outreach to clients who have been disengaged from services for more than thirty days.

The primary objective of this role is to re-engage these clients and encourage them to resume utilizing the services provided by Preventive Measures.

The Re-engagement Specialist will work closely with the client, providing support, information, and assistance to address any barriers preventing re-engagement.
