Real Estate Paralegal

CMS is seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated Paralegal or Senior Paralegal, ideally with Real Estate experience, to join our Legal Services Unit.

The role will be focused on supporting one of our energy and utilities clients with documenting land rights in Scotland and England via servitudes and easements.

This will include managing your own caseload of transactions, taking client instructions, negotiating the deeds and arranging completions.
