Receptionist

Description

Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or area.

Answer telephone calls, take messages and handle general enquiries.

Assist with appointments, bookings and basic administration.

Receive and distribute post and deliveries.

Keep the reception area tidy and welcoming.

Handle visitor and business information confidentially.

Sweep, vacuum and mop floors.

Dust and wipe desks, furniture and surfaces.

Clean and sanitise toilets, washbasins and kitchen areas.

Disinfect frequently touched surfaces, including door handles.

Empty bins and replace bin liners.

Replenish soap, toilet paper and other supplies.

Use and store cleaning products and equipment safely.

Report maintenance issues, hazards and low stock levels.

What you'll bring

A friendly manner and good communication skills.

Reliability, punctuality and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and prioritise reception and cleaning tasks.

Previous reception or cleaning experience is desirable.

Availability to work the stated hours Monday to Friday.
