The Spa Receptionist is responsible for providing a welcoming and professional experience for all guests visiting Sage Spa.
This role manages treatment reservations, assists guests with check-in and check-out procedures, and ensures seamless coordination between guests and spa service providers.
The Receptionist supports the overall guest experience by upholding 4-Star/4-Diamond service standards and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
