Recruitment Advisor

Description The Recruitment Advisor will be responsible in helping the Recruitment Manager in end-to-end recruitment on resort here at Bognor Regis, specifically for ensuring that Butlins attracts, selects, and hires the right people effectively and fairly, ensuring that we recruit the very best people who are aligned with our values and behaviors.

Pre-screening candidates at high volumes and working to ensure all internal systems are up to date is a key part of this role.
