Referrals Coordinator Permanent £26,000 - £27,000 Birmingham Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Referrals Coordinator on a permanent basis to support the assessment of housing referrals and allocation of accommodation within a supported housing environment.

Duties of the Referrals Coordinator role will include, but is not limited to: Receive, review and assess housing referrals, ensuring accommodation is allocated appropriately based on individual needs.
