WHAT YOU WILL DO
The Regional Field Technical Manager (FTM) serves as Hyundai Auto Canada’s field technical expert and liaison to the Hyundai and Genesis dealership network.
The FTM provides advanced technical support for complex and escalated vehicle concerns, both remotely and through on-site dealership visits.
