Regional Manager - Facilities Management Location: Galway, Republic of Ireland Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 Contract: Full-time, Permanent Are you an experienced Facilities Management professional with a strong technical background and a passion for delivering exceptional client service? At Sodexo, we're looking for an experienced Account Manager to lead the delivery of integrated facilities management services across a multi-site portfolio in the West and South of Ireland. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a proven track record of managing technical services, engineering teams, and key client relationships. What you'll be doing Lead the delivery of integrated hard and soft FM services across a multi-site portfolio. Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders and ensure exceptional service delivery. Drive operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement across engineering and facilities operations. Manage account budgets, forecasting, P&L performance, and identify opportunities for contract growth. Lead, coach, and develop operational management teams, creating a high-performing culture. Support contract mobilisations, service transformations, and capital projects while driving innovation and best practice. What we're looking for Significant experience managing technical services, engineering, or integrated facilities management contracts. Strong knowledge of hard and soft FM, asset management, and maintenance strategies. Experience managing large operational teams and senior client relationships. Commercially astute with experience managing budgets, forecasting, and P&L. A proven ability to improve operational performance and grow client accounts. A qualification in Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Services, or a related discipline is desirable, along with professional memberships or HSE qualifications such as IWFM, IOSH, CIBSE, IET, or NEBOSH.
