Description
HOYA Surgical Optics is seeking a Regional Training Manager to own product and selling-skills training across EMEA and LATAM.
You will support Sales Reps, Regional Sales Managers, in-country CAS, distributor partners and surgical teams—from onboarding to advanced workshops in the OR.
Responsibilities
include designing trainers, delivering launches, coaching in-country teams, building competency programs, and serving as the technical product expert for AT-IOLs.
