Job Description Job Description Where You Will Work: LCH 8P Progressive Care Unit: The 8th floor is considered the step-down unit from the PICU/CVICU.
They are a 24- bed pediatric progressive care unit that typically has a patient to nurse ratio of 3:1.
All of the cardiac and nephrology children are to be admitted to this floor,along with any child that is considered progressive.
This unit also cares for kidney, heart and liver transplant patients.
