Requirements
Registered Nurse License required Minimum of 2 years of Med Surg Telemetry experience Must pass Telemetry Competency Exam Current AHA BLS Certification ACLS certification required Knowledge of Critical Paths; Charge Nurse experience preferred FLU vaccination required during compliance
