Job Description Job Description Where You Will Work: 7th Tower is a 36-bed medical/surgical – transplant/urology unit with a focus on surgery.
Specialties include urology and kidney/liver/pancreas transplant and gender affirming surgery.
7T nurses are specially trained in providing peritoneal dialysis to all ESRD patients within the hospital and is a part of CMC Main, the Charlotte region’s only level 1 trauma center.
