Release Train Engineer

About the role

Metrica is looking for a Release Train Engineer for a Space Sector project.

What you'll do

• Plan and facilitate ART events.
• PI Planning (Program Increment Planning). ART Sync. System Demos. Inspect & Adapt Workshops.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and impediments between teams.
• Track and communicate program progress.
• Coordinate with Product Management and System Architects to balance scope, capacity, and risks.
• Management of dependencies between teams and subcontractors.
• Alignment between Agile developments and V-cycle requirements.

What we're looking for

• Experience in large-scale Agile program management, facilitation of SAFe events, coordination of multidisciplinary teams, and management of risks and dependencies.
• Specialized in complex engineering environments where systems engineering, software, integration, and validation converge, driving continuous value delivery and continuous program improvement.
• More than 8 years of experience in systems development, engineering, or project management.

Nice to have

• Previous experience as: Senior Scrum Master, Program Manager, Engineering Manager, Delivery Manager, Agile Coach; Participation in multi-team environments.
• Valuable certifications: SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC).
• Participation in multi-team environments.
• English B2-C1

How you'll work

• Location: Barcelona
• Modality: (on-site presence required): 20% on-site/80% remote work
• Availability to travel
• Equipment provided by the client for security reasons.
• SBA: 50k - 55k
