Blacksmith Agency is building an AI automation layer into every part of how we work.

As AI Developer at Blacksmith, you own and ship our internal automation roadmap.

This is a builder role, not a research role; you will be building production systems on top of LLMs, not training models.

You work directly with engineering and delivery leadership to transform a documented roadmap of automation workflows into shipped, working systems.
