Description

Alignerr is seeking Software Engineers in Barcelona for a fully remote, flexible hourly contract to build, evaluate, and improve AI-generated code — helping train AI systems to think like real developers.

You will write solutions, review AI outputs, and provide expert-level feedback that makes AI coding assistants smarter, safer, and more reliable.

This is hands‑on engineering work at the frontier of AI development — not theoretical or bureaucratic.
