Outlier is shaping the future of autonomous agents with OpenClaw. We're seeking a freelance Agent Builder to design and test multi-step coordination strategies from anywhere, paying up to $50 USD per hour. Most work is remote with flexible schedules and weekly payments.

You'll collaborate with AI teams to implement robust agent behaviors, debug traces, and refine evaluation rubrics. Prior backend or AI automation experience is preferred; 2+ years recommended.
