Ethos is seeking an experienced commercial counsel to help train their language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
You will review and negotiate commercial agreements, take ownership of redlines, and support diligence lists and memos.
Fully remote, flexible 5–20 hours per week with ASAP start at $100/hour.
Candidates should bring 4 years of transactional experience and superb drafting across documents, spreadsheets, and slides, with precise written communication.
