You will draft, review, negotiate, and redline technology contracts such as MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs, with emphasis on AI-driven contracting workflows.
In this role, you will assess AI-generated contract responses, provide expert feedback, and help shape evaluation frameworks to improve model accuracy.
ABA-accredited JD and US bar admission are required.
