Ethos is seeking experienced contract negotiators to help train their latest language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.

This fully remote, flexible engagement welcomes experts with strong drafting and negotiation skills to work 5-20 hours per week, on a schedule that suits you.

You will review and negotiate commercial agreements, perform redlines and diligence, and produce precise summaries and obligation trackers to support AI-driven workflows.
